What is a default shipping address?
You may have specified more
than one shipping address in your account
information. The default shipping address is the
address to which your order will be shipped
unless you select another shipping address for a
particular order.

What is a default credit card?
You may have specified more
than one credit card in your account
information. The default credit card is the card
that will be charged with the value of your
order unless you select another credit card to
be charged for a particular order.

Can I have more than one billing address?
No. You cannot have more
than one billing address. However, you can
change your billing address by editing it.

Can I have more than one shipping address?
Yes. You can specify as many
shipping addresses as you want.
For those who live in the Oklahoma, sales tax
levied according to the tax jurisdiction. No
sales tax is charged for out-of-state orders.

How can I add a shipping address to my address
list?
To add a shipping address,
make sure you are logged into your account and
click on Account Info. The details of your
account are then displayed. To add a new
shipping address, click on the Add New Shipping
Address button.

Can I delete an address from my address list?
No. You cannot delete any
address but you can edit them.

How do I make changes to an address in my list?
To edit an address, click on
Account Info. The details of your account are
displayed. Click on the Edit button below the
address that you want to change.

How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of an
order, make sure you are logged in to your
account and click on the Order Status link. If
you know your order number and the type of
transaction (orders, quotations or return
orders), enter it and click on the Submit
button. To view multiple orders, enter your
purchase order number, if applicable, or select
the display type from the drop-down list and
specify the date range. All the orders you have
placed (both through the web and by other means)
are listed. Click on the order number you want
to check. The order details are displayed along
with the tracking numbers for packages which
have already shipped.

How do I cancel an order?
Because orders are processed
very quickly and because of the volume of
packages processed, in most cases orders for
in-stock items cannot be cancelled once they are
finalized at checkout. If you made a mistake on
your order,
contact customer service either by
email or telephone as soon as possible.

Why do I need to login or setup an account?
Having an account makes it
easier easier to purchase when you return, and
you may become entitled to occasional special
discounts and promotional pricing offers.

I already have an account with you. Do I need to
setup another account before checking out?
No. If you already
have an account established in our updated
system (as of November, 2004) you may contact
customer service to receive your login name
and password. You may later login and change
your password if you desire.

Can I place an order without setting up an
account?
You must have a user account
before placing an order. We understand how
valuable your time is and the process has been
streamlined to take only a few moments. Once you
have an account, it will not be necessary to
give your address or credit card details on
future visits. This will save you the trouble of
entering this information on every purchase.

How can I place an order without using my credit
card?
There are other methods of
payment available at checkout. Select your
desired option in the "Payment Method" area
while creating an order. For example if you wish
to pay by money order or check, select this
option. You may send your money order or check
to our mailing address making sure you include
your the order number assigned at checkout. If
you need any further assistance, please contact
customer service.

What should I do if I forget my password?
If you are a registered user and have forgotten
your password, go to the Login page and simply
type in your Login Name or your default E-mail
address under "I am a registered user but forgot
my password" and click on submit. We will send
your password to your default E-mail address.

Wish List

How do I view a Friend's Wish List?
Enter the First name, Last
Name, Event Name, eMail address or period of
event date of your friend or family member in
the search box to find their Wish List. You
will see the search results of the Wish List
search.

How do I access Wish List?
If access code is provided
for the Wish List, then it leads to Invitee
Validation Page, else it shows the items within
the Wish List. Enter the email address and
access code to see the items in the Wish List
. After validating the email and access code,
items in that Wish List are displayed.

How do I create a Wish List?
Click on the Wish List
link. To create a Wish List you must be a
registered user. If you already have an account,
then login to the store. After Logging in, you
can create a new Wish List by filling the
required details and can make it your Current Wish List
by selecting the option provided on the page.
When you find a product that you want to add to
your Wish List, click on the "Add to Wish List
" link. All the items added will be added to the
Current Wish List.

How to allow other users to access your Wish List
?
When you create Wish List
, you have the option to make your created Wish List
accessible by other users. If you want your Wish List
to be accessible by any user, select option
"Allow any User to access Wish List" else
leave it unchecked. If your Wish List is
not accessible to all, you can set an access
code to make it accessible to your invitees. The
invitees can then use the access code to access
your Wish List.

How to allow invitees to ship to other Addresses
?
When you create your Wish List
, simply check the option "Allow invitees to
ship to other addresses". This will allow the
invitees to add a new shipping address while
creating their orders and also ship the
purchased items to that address.

How to hide purchase from Invitees ?
To hide the quantity of
items in your Wish List that has already
been purchased select the option "Hide purchase
from invitees". The Invitee will only be able to
view the items and its price in your Wish List
, once the invitee accesses it through the
access code provided by you.

What is Current Wish List ?
Current Wish List is
the default Wish List created by you. Any
items that you wish to add to the Wish List
will be added to this current Wish List by
default. If you want to choose any other Wish List
as your Current Wish List, click on the Wish List
link in the right hand side menu to get a list
of all your Wish Lists. Here check the
appropriate radio button and click on "Make
Current" button to make the selection your
Current Wish List.

correct order number when sending your payment.

Our Return Policy
All Bibles wants to you to
be happy with your purchase so we accept returns
on most merchandise up to 30 days from the day
of purchase or 15 days after delivery, whichever
is longer. Merchandise must be in new, unused
condition and have all original boxes, parts,
documentation and packaging. Non-returnable
items include personalized Bibles and the
following products which have been opened by the
customer: electronic Bibles, DVDs, and some
software packages.
Of course, defective
merchandise or order errors made by All Bibles
will be corrected. Otherwise, the customer is
responsible for return shipping. Additionally,
if the free shipping option was selected for
delivery, the cost of the economy shipping
method will be deducted from the refund amount
when an item is returned if the order total
results to be less than $50.00.
If you need to return an
item, please contact
customer service for assistance. Please do
not attempt to return merchandise without being
issued an RMA by customer service as
unauthorized returns will be refused.
