All Bibles is your source for personalized Bibles. We can imprint a name or other letters or numbers on the outside cover. Most of the thousands of Bibles that we offer can be imprinted using hot-stamping machines and colored metal foils--usually gold and silver. We can also put your church, ministry or business logo on Bibles, and we offer volume discounts on Bible imprinting.
How much additional time is needed to ship a personalized Bible?
In most cases, no additional time is needed. We imprint Bible(s) on the same or following business day of the order. However, free-shipping and most large-volume orders often do require additional time.
What letter/font sizes and styles are used for Bible personalization?
We offer three styles of lettering: Script, BLOCK and Initials. We almost always use the 18 point Goudy Cursive font when a customer selects "Script". This is the traditional script that Bible imprinters have used for years. It is done in upper and lower case--all capitals are not allowed because of size limitations and aesthetics (it just doesn't look good).

|Script (Goudy Cursive) ||Script (Park Avenue) ||BLOCK (NEWS GOTHIC)|
Occasionally, All Bibles will outsource imprinting to one of our U.S. distributors. Some of these distributing warehouses use another style of script font--Park Avenue. Please note that a particular style of script font may not be ordered. The style used on the Bible is dependent on the style used at the particular warehouse that imprints and ships the Bible.
The BLOCK style is done in all upper case letters. The font type is News Gothic, either 18 or 14 point--depending on the warehouse that does the imprinting.
All Bibles has also begun offering Bel Air Initials. Initials are imprinted in ALL CAPS, and only five characters and spaces are allowed on a single line. The style of font is the traditional Bel Air Monogram and is 36 points, much larger than the Script or BLOCK. Enter a period or a dash between the initials and we will imprint a diamond character in their place. Because the equipment needed for initials is only located in our main warehouse, some products may require up to seven days to ship out.
How many lines and letters of personalization can be ordered?
Most Bibles can accept two lines of personalization. Some larger Bibles, such as family Bibles, can accommodate up to three. For most Bibles each line of personalization can have up to 25 characters and spaces. Imprinting equipment has size limitations, so we cannot make exceptions on the number of characters and spaces. Most names are less that 25 characters and can easily fit on one line. Bibles that can accept up to three lines will have that option enabled on the product details page. NOTE: Special characters and accent marks are NOT available.
Where will the personalization be located?
Most Bibles are personalized in the lower right section of the front Bible cover. Depending on the size of the Bible, the margins used are typically 3/4 of an inch from the right edge and bottom edge.
This location is not ideal for certain Bibles because of size or cover styles. In these cases our experienced Bible imprinters will select the best location for the personalization. Other locations, for example, may be the lower center or the center of a snap flap just above the snap button on Bibles that have that style of cover. Sometimes imprinting must be done from bottom to top, up and down, because of a Bible's cover design.
What color will the lettering be on my personalized Bible?
The color of the foil used for Bible personalization is primarily determined by the color of the page edgesof the Bible or other imprinting on the binding material. A Bible with gold page edges will be personalized in gold, silver for silver pages, etc. However, there are certain Bibles with white or specially-colored page edges. In these cases, the color of the imprint will be selected by our experienced Bible imprinters at their descretion.
There are also Bibles with synthetic bindings. The foils used for hot-stamping will not stick to some of these bindings. In this case the Bible imprinter will emboss the Bible leaving an impression in the cover. This is now a commonly accepted and attractive method to personalize these bindings.
Which Bibles can be personalized?
If a particular Bible can accept personalization well, this option will be enabled on the product details page. You may also see a "Personalize it!" image over the product image on certain pages. If you find a bonded or genuine leather Bible that does not have this option enabled, we may have overlooked it. Please contact us and one of our representatives will see if it can be personalized.
