The Bread Plate Insert allows the bread to be served on the same tray with the juice. A peg on the underside allows it to be dropped in the center cup-holder of the Tray and stay snug while passing. The Bread Plate Insert is deep enough tocarry 32 pieces of bread and covers 8 cup-holes so that the Tray still carries 32 cups. The Tray and Insert still stackwith the other pieces, as the insert does not add any height to the tray.
