This conveniently-sized communion bread has a cracker-like consistency without air pockets with a very pleasant taste and texture. Made into 1/2" x 1/4" rectangles, there are approximately 1,000 loaves per a box of bread. This bread is preferred by many churches and this company hasn't altered their family recipe in 75 years of serving churches throughout the USA.
Ingredients: Bleached wheat flour, vegetable shortening (may contain soybean oil), salt and water.
Store in a dry place. Refrigeration or freezing is not recommended.
